Eat Clean challenge, day 3! Potassium! Today’s challenge might sound simple, but did you know that less than half of North Americans consume adequate potassium? Eat 3 high potassium foods today! Maybe some papaya? Sweet potatoes? avocado… pistachio… the list goes on!

Challenge Day 2 UNPROCESSED GRAINS

Eat clean challenge: day 2 from Stefanie at Breakthrough Junction! UNPROCESSED GRAINS:: An entire day without things like breads, cereals, granola bars, chips or pretzels… you can do this! Some whole grain foods to try: Quinoa, Steelcut, Oats, brown or wild rice, and wheat berries!
